Registration fees are payable in full at the time of registration. Discount coupons must be presented at the time of payment in order to receive discount.

Acceptable forms of payment:

1. Cash accepted in person - please do not mail cash.
2. Personal check – make payable to Brainiacs Science Discovery Center. Please note that there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
3. Credit Card – VISA and MC accepted

Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation notice in person or by email.

Credits: Any portion of tuition paid for classes or camps may be used towards other classes or camps or in our science store. Credits may not be used for Birthday Parties or Kids Science Night.

Class Refunds: Full refunds will be issued prior to the first class of your session. A prorated refund will be issued thereafter minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the 3rd class of the session.

Camp Refunds: Refunds for camp sessions will be issued minus a $5.00 cancellation fee per cancelled camp.

Brainiacs reserves the right to cancel or modify classes and instructors.

Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to send a child home due to illness at our discretion. Children learn best when they are at their best!

There are no refunds for missed classes. In order to receive a make-up class, YOU MUST CALL BRAINIACS TO NOTIFY US OF YOUR CHILD'S ABSENCE PRIOR TO THE TIME OF THE CLASS. We will then credit you the make-up class, which can be rescheduled for the same week or applied to the end of your session. If you do not notify us in advance of an absence, the make-up class is forfeited.

The safety of your child is our utmost concern. All students must adhere to the Science Lab Safety Rules at all times. Failure to observe theses rules will result in termination of enrollment in the class. Please review the Science Lab Safety Rules and discuss them with your child prior to the first class.

All cell phones must be turned off or on vibrate mode while in class.
In the preschool-aged class, children must stay within arms reach of a parent or caregiver at all times. Only one adult per child is allowed in the preschool class.

Children who are enrolled in drop-off classes must be escorted to the door by a parent or caregiver. Please arrange for your child to be picked up in person by a parent or caregiver. If other arrangements for pick-up are required, please give us written notice.

Please be on time to pick up your child. We have only a few minutes to clean up and arrange materials for the next class and cannot watch your child during this time. We charge $1.00 per minute that you are late after a 10 minute grace period after class ends.

Children and adults in the preschool class should wear washable clothing. We are not responsible for any damaged clothing.

Please do not allow your child to bring any electronics, toys, or other personal property to class. Brainiacs does not accept responsibility for damage of theft of any students’ property.
